Conditions Of Sale
Delivery of Merchandise:
Dispatch of goods is within an average of 4 working days of having received an order, and we promise to dispatch within 30 days of an order being placed, subject to clearance of funds. Exceptions to this are; eg, a) where insufficient personal details have been provided, such as name, address or credit card details, b) where an item may have been deleted from stock or where a CD may have a release date postponed in which case the customer will be informed immediately, c) where an item has been pre ordered before its release date.
Right to Cancel/Refunds/Exchanges:
The customer must notify WOMADShop.com within 7 days of receipt of goods if refunds, cancellations or exchanges are required; refunds will be made within 30 days of Real World Trading receiving notice of the decision to cancel. Goods may be returned unconditionally, all we ask is that merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was received. Except where items are faulty, the customer is expected to pay for postage costs incurred in returning goods.
Please note that these conditions do not apply to WOMAD Festival Tickets, The WOMAD Festival's refund policy states that tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable if the Festival events take place as advertised. We cannot offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather. In the event of cancellation or change of dates of this event, WOMAD will not be liable for refunding any costs apart from the face value of the event ticket. This means we cannot refund any travel or accommodation costs incurred - please ensure that you have travel insurance to cover you for this unlikely eventuality.
Festival-goers consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded.
